I joined Vision Personal Training Engadine 18 months ago, to improve my health as I was diagnosed with Insulin Resistance. A lack of exercise due to lower back injury and poor eating habits led me to this point.
Unlike other gyms I had frequented in the past, the Vision Trainers created a training programme that catered to my skill level and gradually helped me improve my strength, stamina and confidence with the Studio equipment and group training.
My first success was completing the Sutherland to Surf in 2016 and recently 'running' in the Wollongong Try a Tri.
My eating habits have improved from eating maybe 2 meals a day to 6 healthier meals which helped me have more energy, focus and drop down from Size 14 to Size 10.
I have gone from going to the Vision Studio 0-1 day a week to 5 days a week and thoroughly enjoying the experience.
I've also met so many positive, motivating and fun people.
