I was always an active person when I was younger, involved in playing many sports but over the years through what happens in life I was having difficulty doing what I love - walking, gardening and other similar activities.
I needed to strengthen my muscles, bones and increase my flexibility so I decided to give Vision a try. Apprehensive at first, I found the team of trainers are very supportive and friendly in helping you achieve your goals.
I now have a steady source of motivation that helps me do my best with things I never thought I could do with my trainer Jess. Through training I feel so much stronger and enjoy all forms of exercise from weights training to group classes.
Now I am finding I am back to enjoying lots of gardening, long walks and am feeling so much happier every day!
