Christmas 2013 was a typical family gathering.  My gift from my children was vouchers to start training at Vision.  They all knew that I had tried a number of ways to lose weight but always with limited success and then back to bad habits.

This was the first time I have worked with a Personal Trainer and I was introduced to the eating program, as well as, the training programs.

I was prepared to commit after my weight was getting out of control and all of my family backed me to do well so I could be around for many years to come.

I set realistic targets but more importantly had to adopt my new lifestyle and eating options because I did not want to lose the weight just to go and put it on again.

From March 2014 to September 2015 I have now changed shape quite drastically and lost over 20kgs.  The most important aspect is continuing to lose using the eating guide and training guide.
