Completed 7 Running events over 16 weeks!*

2016 saw Milena set up a calendar of running events, she then set as goals to achieve. To say Milena loves running is an understatement.
In a space of 16 weeks Milena ticked off every goal, the Goal Coast Airport Marathon, Sutherland to Surf, City to Surf, Blackmores Half Marathon, Melbourne Half Marathon, Sharks 10 Community Fun Run, and last but not least the Cairns Half Marathon an event where Milena was running over sand, dirt tracks and bush tracks in the humidity and heat that is renowned in Far North Queensland.
Milena's dedication and discipline to her training and nutrition during this time is to be commended. Not only did she train hard and keep her nutrition on point, Milena also increased her strength through Personal Training sessions and Group Training.
We are looking forward to what's next in your journey, congratulations Milena.
