2018 has been the year I've changed my life. I used to think that dieting and exercise were a punishment, this led to yo-yo dieting and a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. This year is the year this has all changed because it is the year I have changed my relationship with food. Eating nutritious food and exercising regularly has completely changed how I feel and how I feel about my body. I know now that health isn't about harsh diet restrictions and unachievable exercise goals, it's about caring for your body every day. I care for myself when I eat food that fuels my body and I celebrate what I can do when I exercise. Diets used to be trying to change myself, now it's about loving myself.
