I could never have seen myself going to a gym. My partner persuaded me as she thought it may help my stiff knees and back. In my sixties I already had myself convinced that I would need surgery on my knees. Having a nurses sore back just added to my lack strength, pain and confidence. Menopausal weight is so hard to shift even a small 5kilograms my goal to lose, which I have achieved.
