I didn't know exactly what I was looking for when I first went into Vision Engadine. I just wanted to change the way I looked and felt about myself. After having a baby 2 years prior I had slowly been getting into bad eating habits and not exercising as regularly as I should, I was gaining weight and losing my self-confidence.
Learning about macros and nutrition as well as how to use weights was a massive game changer for me. I had never done this before. This along with my Personal Training sessions a week, working muscles I hadn't worked before, started to give me great results! The accountability was high as I had my own Personal Trainer to motivate me and keep me on track when I needed.
Now, going to the Studio, doing a Personal Training session or even exercising outdoors is part of my daily routine and I love it. I've lost around 7kg, but more importantly I feel good about myself again.
