After 6 months with Vision Five Dock I feel at my fittest in 7 years and have lost 17.5kg when my initial goal was to only loose 5kg! This year I completed the 10km Bridge Run and now have my sights set on the Gold Coast Half Marathon 2018.
I was lucky to be paired with my Trainer Lauren, who motivated me and supported me through my journey.The biggest thing I learnt is whilst exercise is vital, food is the most important. Understanding my macros and nutrition whilst utilising the Vision app was a huge part of my success.
Vision Five Dock is a pleasure to train at with great classes and I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness!
