I joined Vision Frenchs Forest in early 2015 and feel like I've literally gone from strength to strength, achieving successive goals in muscle gain and fitness. I love learning as much as I can from the Trainers at Frenchs Forest about weights and correct technique. They're great people and really supportive, no matter what your program is. 

Apart from my three sessions each week in the studio, I love to get out to Run Club. I finished the Manly Scenic Fun Run 5km in 22 minutes and 28 seconds and am looking forward to the next running challenge. For me training is a continuous improvement process it's a great journey that I never want to finish.

I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else other than the crew at Frenchs Forest.
