What's not to like about walking?  It's free, easy and anybody can do it.  Walking has many benefits and some of these include lowering your blood pressure, improving your circulation, strengthening joints, burning fat, regulating your mood, improving sleep quality and living longer!  Now that is an impressive list of reasons to hit the footpath immediately.

If you are still struggling for motivation grab a four legged family member to keep you company - they will love you for it.  And remember - walking with a friend or joining a walk group is a great way to help you build better habits with your walking and keeping you passionate about having better health.  Join our walk group at 6am every Wednesday to kick start your walking habit this week!
