3 babies in the short period of 3 years really took its toll on me, not just on my body, but my confidence and self-esteem. I was tired, run down and miserable.
I had a million excuses, "I'm a busy working mum", "I just don't have time to exercise" and "I hate the gym". I needed help, and I needed someone to keep me accountable.
My trainer, Scott, was excellent in keeping me motivated to help me achieve my goal. He was there every step of the way, not only to train me, but to educate me on nutrition, health and fitness.
Not only have I exceeded my goal weight, I've gained confidence in myself, now enjoy exercising, and feel stronger, healthier and fitter than ever.
