3 Steps to a better YOU!*

STEP ONE: Identify if you are ready to make change.

Ask yourself;

Am I prepared to change my current eating, exercise and alcohol habits?

Am I prepared to surround myself with the people who are going to support me on my journey and say good bye to those who aren't?

Am I prepared to let go of my past and embrace the future?

Once you have identified that you are ready to make change...

STEP TWO: Set your Goals.

Dare to Dream! Start to think about your Ultimate Goal based on what you want for you and those around you long term. Long term goal setting is very powerful and can help you stay focused when it comes to short term goals. Focus on setting SMART goals i.e. Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. This will allow you or your trainer to track your progress and keep yourself accountable to your success.

Identify "why" you want to make these necessary changes, and ask yourself the "hard" questions like;

What impact will this have on my life?

How will I feel when I achieve my goal?

How will this improve my family life?

What kind of role model will I be for my kids, my colleagues, my friends or my siblings?

How will this affect my confidence?

There are many questions of this nature that will allow you to dig deep and really find what drives you to be the best you can be, a very powerful process if done well!

Once you know you are ready, and you understand why and what you want...

STEP THREE: Start with a Personal Trainer TODAY

One of my favourite quotes is "Don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today"

The hardest stage is starting, but once you take that initial step you won't look back. Having a Personal Trainer gives you the best chance for success. Not only will you receive an individually tailored weights and cardio program but you will be guided through expert nutritional advice as well as receive all the tools necessary to make your journey easy and less overwhelming.

You will be held accountable to small weekly goals making your long term goal both realistic and manageable. Throughout your time with your trainer you will achieve amazing results whilst learning along the way, and like in many other cases you will inspire those around you to embark on their own health journeys.
