Tyrone came in to get his health back on track and get into shape. Before Vision he was never much of a runner, nor did he lift weights or keep a food plan and like most of us he loved a drink.

In his first 9 weeks Tyrone has achieved:

7kg fat loss
Pre-planned meals using our online food planner and education platform
5km Run in 21:15mins
10km Run in 50:42mins

The biggest realisation for Tyrone was that he could achieve the above results whilst still enjoying a cheeky Friday night drink after work and the occasional piece of chocolate.
