If there was one word to sum up Jo's efforts inside and outside the studio - it would be consistent!

Mrs. Consistency has prioritized her health and fitness from day dot and it has shown in her results. Training at 5:30AM & 6AM twice a week for the last 11 months there has been no excuses and no complaints, just hard work! Other members of the studio have mentioned her work ethic which shows it is no surprise she has gotten to where she has now. Jo has always asked plenty of questions and is not afraid to implement any new strategies to achieving the results she is after. This just proves that you really can do anything if you put your mind to it. Jo's friendly personality makes the studio a fun environment when she is around and has since made some friends and training buddies, together keeping each other accountable to going for runs or attending Group Training. We look forward to Jo achieving all of her fitness goals in the future as her focus has now shifted to strength & endurance.
