Before I signed up at Vision, my health and lifestyle was one that was slowly on a downhill spiral. My eating habits were not something I wanted to keep as they were making me unhealthy, unfit and just bad for me in general.
My journey so far at Vision has been fantastic, from day 1 dot I was made to feel welcome and I knew this was a place of non-judgement and that I could achieve what I set out to do. All the trainers have a great attitude and are genuinely here to help anyone that seeks it. My highlight so far has to be being voted the client of the month for April 2018, I'm quite proud of that.
Since starting my journey at Vision in Mid December 2017 I have managed to drop a little over 23kgs and have improved my fitness dramatically. Not only my physical health but also my mental health. Sticking to the personal health plan that Vision helped me with and working hard at each session has helped me towards my end goal of a healthier self, although this is only the start of my personal fitness journey.
I'd say if someone is thinking about joining a gym that taking the first step is always the hardest but is a step well worth taking. Vision has been amazing for me, before joining I had no idea about how to go about improving my fitness or health but now I have a starting platform to work on towards to.
