I've been fit, I've been thin, I've put on weight, lost fitness and repeated that cycle over and over again for decades. Our friend suggested we try Vision. At first I was pretty sceptical and so my partner started without me. Then I met Georgia (my Personal Trainer) and over the course of the last year or so I've lost 15kgs, been in three 5km fun runs, completed two mini-triathlons and hold the gym record for the women's leg press (320kgs thank you very much). This is the longest I've ever stayed an active member of a gym. Vision really is different - I feel like I'm part of a genuine community with the other members, all the trainers know my name, and I'm making sustainable progress according to my goals and preferences.
