Before vision I was over weight and knowing I had to do something about it, I was exercising a few times a week going quite hard thinking the weight would eventually fall off as it did when I was younger but it wasn't, I was simply eating too much and too much of the wrong things. That is when I decided I needed to get help and went to Vision where after joining up I was given a plan to work to and when followed the weight just falls off as long as you are honest to yourself in following the plan. Trainers were great along the way with the different classes they took and the motivation you got from them and also from the other guys doing the classes. I really love the boxing classes no matter how fit you are you always run out of steam. Friday night was nearly always a good night for me as it was my weigh in night I always looked forward to how much weight I had lost and at the end of my program I had always reached my target or better. For someone new to vision I would just say follow your program be honest with tracking your food and exercise and the weight will disappear! When you look back it is quite easy!
