- How were things before you joined Vision?
Before joining Vision, I never had motivation to do exercises, felt down and depressed when I used to go shopping.
- Tell me about your journey (the highlight of it)
I feel motivated, full of energy, helped me make the right food choices, prioritise exercise over anything else, losing weight was my motivation and was looking forward to my classes whether it is PT or cardio or weekend run. I was overwhelmed when I did my first 5km and enjoyed my run at Melbourne marathon.
- What results have you achieved?
Lost almost 10 kg and 4 clothes sizes down.
- What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
I would tell them that " If you want to achieve your goals, join Vision, they will help you achieve way and beyond your goals'.
