Before I joined Vision Personal Training, I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself and what I could achieve or what I could be capable of. I didn't enjoy strenuous exercise and didn't have an active lifestyle growing up. When I first started my journey with Vision, I wanted to look and feel attractive rather than chunky and blah.
I have achieved so much in less than a year since I started my journey. I have dead lifted 50kg, leg pressed 140kg and can do chin-ups. I have also completed a 60km cycling event which was a big feat for me.
I find myself looking and feeling great, looking forward to participating in the next high intensity class (including all the sweat) and hoping to feel sore the next day!
