“Matthew and Marina Firth are completely committed to helping you achieve great results. Our goal is to make your experience with exercise a fun and enjoyable one with fantastic results. Vision Kogarah has a team of experienced and passionate trainers to help you every step of the way. We strive to make regular exercise and simple food choices easy, fun and achievable for you. Marina lost 10 KG’s as a client at Vision Personal Training in the CBD and Matthew has been in the network for 7 years as a trainer working through from a junior mentee to personal trainer to senior trainer and eventually owner. We love the community we have created at Kogarah and would love for you to join our family”.
