My journey started in August 2018 after trying many fad diets etc. I quit smoking and turned to food. After reaching a nice 143kgs I thought enough was enough. I picked up the phone and called Vision.
I have used the food diary app to track and log my food and also use it to track my training too, this has helped me achieve my goals. I have also done the group sessions at Vision and the boxing class is one of my favourites.
I started training with Phil and through the guidance I've developed a deep desire to achieve a range of goals. Not only have I smashed them by dropping 20kgs but I am more motivated than ever thanks to the great team at Vision. Bring on the next challenge.
