I started at Vision in November of 2017 with the goal of improving my fitness and getting back into running. My main focus was on training hard to improve my fitness but I quickly learnt that food is a major factor that could push me closer to my goals. My trainer Jas (aka The Best Trainer Ever) taught me lots, she pushed me towards my goals and kept me motivated. She's been always working me hard and even though I struggle she's there to push me further.
As I have made improvements and ticked off my goals I feel great and that helps with keeping me motivated too. When I started at Vision I never thought I'd be able to come this far and am thankful to everyone who helped me along the way.
