About The Owner - John O’Donnell & Paul Brown

John has over 10 years in the health and fitness industry. Starting as a boxing, kickboxing & women’s self-defense instructor. In 2013 John transitioned into personal training and has since helped 100’s of people shed unwanted kilo’s and improve their overall quality of life. Paul has lived in the Inner West for over 10 years. His children attending local primary and Secondary schools. He feels Vision is uniquely positioned to assist people improve their long term health, fitness and general wellbeing. Vision’s emphasis on nutrition is another important aspect of the program that people will relish. John & Paul are both excited about bringing Vision Personal Training to the Marrickville community. Offering the highest level of service and knowledgeable trainers to offer a 5-star fitness experience.
