I've been overweight for most of my adult life. Three and a half years ago I thought of myself as fit and fat. I was doing my own exercise programme and I also thought that I knew quite a bit about nutrition. I was very disappointed that I put in effort but I was still really quite overweight. 

I was at an exhibition and Vision had a stand. I attended their presentation and their programme overview made so much sense to me. From there I went to The Vision Personal Training Mona Vale and started their programme. I soon realised how little I knew about nutrition. The tailored nutrition and exercise programme was amazing.

I worked hard and stuck to the programme. I consistently lost weight and felt so good. In a period of 5 months, and by my 50th birthday in 2013 I had lost 20kg and was at my life time dream goal weight of 60kg. 3 years later only by continuing with the Vision support I have managed to consistently maintain my weight at 60kg. I know I could not have done this without the support and knowledge that the Vision Programme delivers for people like me.  I'm so pleased with my weight loss, but I'm proud of my consistent maintenance of my weight.
