I came to Vision primarily for stress relief. I work in the construction industry and have long hours with high stress and anxiety levels. My wife had continually told me to find an outlet, but so far nothing had managed to fit my lifestyle and limited available time. I had heard about Vision through a neighbour and randomly decided to walk in one day and give it a try.
I have found Vision to be a great fit for me. They are flexible but rigorous with their program and have listened to what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to be trained. It is a relief to come in for my one-on-one session twice a week and not have to think. At the same time I know that my trainer has put in the time and thought about what we are going to do and achieve for these sessions.
Vision has shown me a different way of thinking about health and food, I now feel that I have a very good understanding of what I am supposed to be eating. Because of this, I feel better, I am more alert, and to my wife's delight, a lot less stressed. I have managed to lose over 10kg and without it feeling like a chore.
Going forward I will push on with my training into uncharted territory, I feel stronger than I ever have in my life and will use that physical strength and sense of achievement to propel towards my goals. I thank Vision and my trainer for the guidance and belief they have shown me.
