"As I entered into my 50's, I found it hard to shift any weight that had slowly crept up on me. My current exercise and nutrition just wasn't working, so I joined Vision's Weight Loss Challenge in March of 2013. Vision assisted me with an eating and exercise program. Over the period of the challenge, I lost 12kg's which equalled just over 20% of my body weight.
While I was elated to the number on the scales I realised that I had more to achieve, and I embarked on a muscle building program with my trainer. I found that I actually enjoyed this type of training and I look forward to achieving additional goals in the future.
