Colin Tawhai

I joined Vision in October 2019, firstly because I didn't like the image of me in the mirror as I began to pile on the weight and secondly as I wanted to support a new local business in Mortdale.

Went in, met Danny that introduced me to the team met my trainer Randall and thus began the journey.

Weighed in at a whopping 109.9 kg in 2019 and now at 95.5 kg in May 2020. I started making small changes daily to my nutrition & walking everyday this led to the weight loss happening.

The experience that I have gained has been phenomenal and I credit my trainer for it.
