When I first started training at Vision, I did not have a clue on how to exercise properly. But I'm improving every week. Daniel Collins, my trainer is a very friendly guy who has the ability of making hard exercise real fun. Daniel is very intelligent on bot fitness and nutrition. He is extremely supportive whilst pushing you harder to do your best. Sessions are tailored to my needs as Daniel is helpful, extremely accommodating, encouraging and motivating. Daniel takes his time to get to know you and set your goals and never makes you feel under pressure. Daniel gave me the confidence I needed to return to Vision and he showed me that a healthy lifestyle can be interesting and fun. Love going to the gym and can't recommend Daniel highly enough.
