I originally received the opportunity to train at Vision Personal Training Neutral Bay from my Mum as a birthday present. I am very grateful, as I have loved every part of it!
I struggled with food, and lifting weights wasn't really my thing. However, Vance and the team at Vision Personal Training Neutral Bay helped to educate me around nutrition and supported me not only in Personal Training sessions, but into completing the 10km run leg of the Wollongong Triathlon (thanks Ruby)!
I noticed my first change when skiing down the slopes in Japan, where I felt much fitter and a lot stronger. Along with losing over 12kgs at Vision, I now feel a great deal more energetic and have got into a routine of eating healthy.
