Cortisol is the hormone that our body releases when we are stressed, think of it almost as our "Fight or Flight" hormone. With our stress levels these days almost definitely being much higher than even say ten years ago, it's a pretty safe bet to make that our Cortisol levels will reflect today's rat race mentality. It's not all doom and gloom though, here are some really simple things you can do to help alleviate stress and bring your Cortisol levels down.
