I wasn't sure about personal training and was hesitant to give it a chance. I'm really glad I did, as in the 6 months I've been training under Manny's guidance I've made more progress than I would in a year or more of unsupervised training. It's given me focus and goals to strive for and I genuinely enjoy coming in and training as often as possible, to see changes taking place in both my body, my strength and my overall health. I'm very pleased with the progress I've made so far but really, this is just the start and I plan on pushing myself further than I have before.
