I was steadily putting on weight my whole adult life and have tried lots of different weight loss programmes but every time I put all of the weight and more back on. I started at Vision Personal Training North Sydney, because I had lost some weight on my own but was still a long way from my goal and recognised that I was starting to slip back into some bad habits. I initially thought I would just do 9 weeks but was so excited with my progress that I continued for another 2 rounds. I have now lost 35kgs and I don't think I really believed that I would ever be this weight ever again and am really pleasently surprised when I see my reflection.
My Trainer's calm, steady approach makes me believe that yes I can do one more rep when before I would have stopped. The reason I think Vision works and that the weight will stayed off is that the focus is balanced between losing the kilo's and fitness goals. Losing weight can be boring but when you notice that you can achieve physical goals like lifting a weight you didn't think you could, rock climbing or learning to surf it becomes something that you can share with your family and is a regular part of your life.
