I originally came to Vision as I had some back problems and it was recommended I strengthen my core to cope with my back pain. I also wanted to 'tone up' but didn't want to lose weight particularly. I did however want someone to manage my programme and keep me on track with my running aspirations. My Personal Trainer taught me how to control my progress as I kept breaking down by doing too much too quickly. I have since run 3 half marathons in the last six months and I Broke 2 hrs, I ran the Sydney City to Surf in sub 80 and a trail run in a PB. I am very grateful to Vision for helping me to achieve my goals that I set out for myself but didn't really believe I could do.
