Health and fitness have been aspects of my life that I had been
continuously trying to improve over the past few years, yet things
that I also seemed to fail at repeatedly. I was beginning to feel
more and more disheartened with every attempt. I joined Vision in
November 2015 and during my first 9 weeks, my Trainer gave me the
knowledge and tools to start building immediate foundations for
success with my nutrition and Training. I haven't looked back
I finally have the energy and positive attitude I needed to take-off with my training. Hard work in the Studio continues to manifest into feelings of success and accomplishment with precise tracking of my results each week. Using the food diary as a central aspect of my meal preparation has completely changed my relationship with food. The best part of my experience so far though, is knowing that I'm supported by my Trainer and the rest of the Vision team in tackling future challenges or 'bumps in the road' in my journey to a healthier life.
