Between the 24th of May 2016 to the 25th
of July 2016, I lost a total of 4.8 kg. I originally weighed in at

During this 9-week period, I learnt a lot about my nutritional habits. Vision educated me to make the right choices and identified what my problem areas were. I remember being asked, "If 70% of results come from nutrition and 30 % comes from exercises, wouldn't it make sense to focus on meals more than exercise". I had my suspicions as I use to train hours upon hours in other gyms and I thought eating clean meant no carbs, low fat, high protein.
I soon learnt that the 70-30% ratio was going to be a lesson I had to experience. By accident, I suffered a burn on my leg which wasn't treated correctly and became infected. This was the game changer, I had to focus on reaching my macros 100%. From week 4 to 9 I did no cardio sessions only completing 3x30min weight lifting days as per the doctor's orders.
This whole experience taught me how to priorities 14 hr working days and still find the time to train and eat correctly. I went through the emotional ups and downs of if I will reach my goal and if this is actually doing anything, I guarantee you I am living proof that the program works and the weight has now stayed off for over a year.
