Before I started at Vision Personal Training Parramatta I was exercising every day, I never thought I should look after my nutrition as well. In a period of 9 weeks, I lost 4.6kg of body fat and my aim was only 3.5 kg. I managed to bring my body fat percentage from 25% to 17%!
Vision opened up my eyes to a new world of being healthy by educating myself about the importance of having Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats in my daily meals and to enjoy life. As a Trainer, I always thought I had to exercise a lot to keep my body shape, but as I learnt, we can maintain our body weight with dedicating 3 hours exercise per week and a good nutritional plan.
This whole program was an exciting journey for me, I could not wait to finish my program to show everyone that it works and if I could do it anyone can do it too.
