I have yo-yo dieted forever and when on 'a diet' I really thought I was eating the right foods. I also thought now that I'm over 40 it was all over for my metabolism. How wrong I was!

I'm halfway through my journey but losing 15kgs in 5 months is amazing. The Vision program has taught me so much on nutrition, I really thought I knew most of it!

I have received so many compliments every day and everyone is in awe of my results. I've learnt that it's not smooth sailing every day but with the support of my Vision Personal Trainer Luke and fellow Studio friends, I can get back on the horse after a weight gain or lack of motivation.

I am learning consistency with goal setting, planning meals ahead of time and reviewing restaurant menus. All this is now just part of my life and that's okay because I'm in control and I have so much support.

Running the 15kms was a big accomplishment as I haven't run that distance in years, I was as proud as punch to have run the whole event.

This is honestly an approach I needed a long time ago as it's so holistic. I would advise anyone who is interested in a realistic approach not to hesitate in putting your health first with a personalised program that combines fitness, strength and nutrition as well as maintaining changes to lifestyle.

I'm so confident I'm in the right hands to get the body I've dreamed of, and do away with yo-yo dieting forever.
