I'm the fittest I've ever been & completed my first Full Marathon!*

Tell me about your life before Vision?

Before joining Vision my training routine was all cardio as I thought that it was the best way to achieve my desired body shape. I was scared of carbs and I would drink most weekends. For past five years, my training has been the same however I never saw the results I wanted. I know now that I was clearly under eating and over training, and I felt I had no tone.

What Results have you achieved?

I'm stronger more toned and fitter than ever before!

I've ran 2x Half Marathons and completed a massive goal of mine, to run a Full Marathon 42km! And I am the happiest I've ever been!

How has life changed for you?

I have structure in my training; I now enjoy weight training and l look forward to group training now!

I know so much more about nutrition and my body than ever before too.

What is your favourite thing about training at Vision?

The support and encouragement you receive, everyone is so friendly!

What are some of the defining moments during your journey? '

Completing my first ever full marathon!

What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and is thinking about making a change?

Find a goal to focus on and aim towards, and find a Personal Trainer and a place that care for you. Finally, surround yourself with people who are in a similar situation and who will be there to support you, as this will make your journey both fun and rewarding!
