  • Tell us about your life before Vision Prahran?

Before joining Vision Prahran, I had reached an all-time low. My weight had spiralled out of control. I got to a point where I hated going out because I felt so unhappy in my appearance inside and out.  I knew that I was eating the wrong food, not active at all and drinking too much alcohol something had to give. As soon as I saw the Vision brochure in the mail a light went off in my head and I knew now is the time to change.


  • What results have you achieved at Vision?

Since joining Vision in August 2015 I have lost over 30kgs and got my body fat percentage down to 16%. I have completed 10km Melbourne Marathon, 15km City2 Sea , 15km Sri Chinmoy and 16km Run for Kids and completed two 9 week weight loss challenges and have been more active than I have ever been in my life. With the assistance of my trainer Jesse pushing me to my limits, I have achieved results I could have only dreamed about.


  • What impact has Vision had on your life ever since achieving your amazing results?

The impact this has had on my life has been huge. I can fit into clothes I never thought I would ever wear and I feel absolutely amazing and confident when I go out. It has been hard a slog to achieve these results however it has been ultra-fun to be apart of a great community and family.


  • What are some defining moments during your journey?

I would have to say some of my defining moment I have achieved since joining Vision, would have to be achieving my 30 kg weight loss milestone. Holding that weight I could just not believe that I had that kind of weight on my body.


  • What advice would you give someone about taking a positive step towards changing their health and fitness?

The first step is the hardest to take, but once you make your mind up about making a change and commit to it, I guarantee you will not regret it. As soon as you start with Vision you feel like you are apart of a great community and the support you receive by the trainers and other members makes you determined to achieve the results and making training fun. Vision does not have the normal gym feeling, take the leap and join Vision today, you won't regret it.
