I came to Vision in February 2015, for my first 9 week program I planned to lose 7kgs and get to 8% bodyfat. I'm happy to say that I lost 12kgs and got down to 6% bodyfat!
My before and after photo was a result of 9 weeks of prepared meals, morning cardio and a quality fat loss program. I never thought that I would end up looking the way I did but it is a testament to the programs that Vision have to offer! I am now on a fitness program, training for an Olympic distance triathlon and to complete an ironman by the end of 2017!
