Tell me about your life before Vision?
Since I was young I have always been very active and healthy, I played netball and snow boarded and loved to be outside. As I got older and with University and partying becoming more regular, I noticed my figure and weight fluctuate but couldn't figure out how to fix it.
- What Results have you achieved?
I have lost over 12kg, my fitness and strength has improved out of sight, I can honestly say I am the fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life!
My best achievement so far, I came 1st place in my very first Bikini Competition!
-How has life changed for you?
Since joining Vision Personal Training, I have learnt how to eat for my body, how to train to help my body grow and be the healthiest version of me. Vision has completely changed my view on a healthy lifestyle and taught me how to cook and prepare meals to suit my body and goals. I have never felt so confident and energetic in my own body and my family and friends cannot believe the positive changes they have seen to my figure, attitude and overall health.
- What is your favourite thing about training at Vision?
My favourite part of training at Vision is seeing my Trainer, Jesse, as she's supported me through so many years of training and always has fun tips and tricks to keep me motivated and push me to my limits. As well as all the other Trainers and clients support.
- What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and is thinking about making a change?
My advice to anyone who wants to change their life, lose some weight or just get fitter is to just do it. Be prepared to buy Tupperware, save money on lunches and feel the best you have ever felt.
