I have a new life, a healthy one thanks to Vision Personal Training Prahran - a place that has given me the tools needed to get a grasp on my weight now and forever. I had never realised what I was eating until I went through this program. I remember how sedentary I was and the lack of energy was starting to be a problem at work and at home. My mood would go from awesome to a disaster in a lapse of minutes and the stress was going to the roof... and now I realize that at least 90% of this was related to the food I had been eating and the lack of exercise. Old habits are hard to break but at Vision they make this seem easy.

My short term goal was to lose 10 kg in the first 9 weeks and as long term goal (in a year) was to get those abs out. One of my biggest fears was that I wouldn't be able to eat and would suffer to lose the weight I wanted to... but I have never felt like I was going without something, nor did I ever feel like I was starving. Following strictly both my nutrition and exercise program I lost a total of 27.7 kg (25.5% body weight), 50 cm and around 20% body fat in 12 weeks! Massive weight loss and got those abs out... in 12 weeks! I feel so much better now, I have energy to do whatever activity I want to, I can run long distances and more importantly I feel more calm and happy.

My next goal now is to bulk it up, get more resistance and to do a Triathlon in the near future.
