Before starting with Vision, I used to not eat at all with
the only goal to look like all these skinny girls on Instagram. I
remember arriving as a negative and really depressed person,
principally focused on work and partying.
Each time I arrived at the gym; the whole team welcomed me with
such a positive attitude that it just increased my motivation to
surpass myself during each session.
Lauren, my personal trainer, taught me so much about myself and
about how my body is actually working. I was in panic when she told
me I would have to eat 6 times per day (and the quantities aren't
that small!)
And now look at me after 3 months; I never felt
happier, healthier and I managed to complete my first run ever!

The worth of all the mental and physical strength I gained
is now way more important to me than anything of all these
Instagram posts. I can't wait to see how far I will be in one
year!
