Tell me about your life before Vision?
Before joining Vision I was living in London and going to the gym on and off. My lifestyle was very different in England and I would drink a lot throughout the week and also on weekends. Occasionally I would try and eat what I thought was healthy but most of the time I would have whatever was easiest, this involved a lot of ready meals and eating out.
What results have you achieved?
Have lost over 14kg's and 45cm's in 12 Months!
How has life changed for you?
I now feel more confident in my own skin and no longer feel sluggish and tired in the mornings. I also now really love training and no longer see it as a chore.
What is your favourite thing about training at Vision?
I enjoy training at Vision, it's a relaxed, friendly environment. Training with Jesse is my favourite thing about Vision as she always helps but pushes me to achieve and believes in me. As well as this, Jesse is always on hand when you have any questions/worries you might have in regards to your training, nutrition, progress and always sets my mind at ease. What she does for me and all her clients is something else, I couldn't recommend her more!
What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and thinking about making a change?
Just do it, once you get into the training and eating the right foods the results start showing which makes you want to keep going. It may seem like a lot of effort but the feeling of being fit and healthy is worth all the early mornings and not eating so crap. You can still enjoy yourself and eat the foods you like but learning about good nutrition will give you the platform to make better decisions with food and therefore lead a healthier lifestyle. I now couldn't imagine my life without exercise playing a big part in it.
