Tell me about your life before Vision?

I joined Vision with a goal of getting fit and toned before my wedding, signing up I had no idea what to expect having joined and left several different gyms in the past. But from day one I could tell Vision was different, it has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone was extremely welcoming, supportive and friendly from the very beginning. 

What results have you achieved?

Since starting my training with Lauren, I have lost almost 5 kilos, but more importantly gained muscle tone, strength and knowledge about diet and nutrition! The structure that is provided for exercising and eating is really easy to work into your everyday life and help and support is only a text message away! I achieved what I wanted to achieve far earlier than I even expected I would, so anything else I achieve before my wedding is a bonus. 

How has life changed for you?

I never thought I would be the kind of person to get up before 6am for a workout, or that I could enjoy going to the gym. But these are now things that I do on a regular basis. For me being accountable has been vital in achieving my results.

What is your favourite thing about training at Vision?

My favourite thing about training at Vision is that is has such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. There is no judgement, or show-offs, just genuine people who care about their health and wellbeing. Oh, and the fantastic trainers of course!

What are some defining moments during your journey?

Some defining moments of my journey would have to be seeing the results of my second Bioscan in comparison to my first, having to buy new clothes (and feeling great in them), and having other people notice all the hard work paying off. 

What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and thinking about making a change?

I knew almost nothing about Vision when I signed up, I just happened to walk past one day and thought I should look into it. Although getting married was what pushed into joining, I wish I had signed up years ago. The results I have achieved in a relatively short period of time are a testament to all the training and support offered.
