So after a great 8 months partying and exploring around Australia I let myself get to the biggest I've ever been!

During the 9 week challenge I gained so much knowledge about nutrition and how to properly fuel my body to reach my goal.

I can also now relate to the emotions that our clients experience over their first 9 weeks when transforming their lives!
