Q: Tell us about your life before joining Vision Prahan

A: Before joining Vision Prahan, I believed I lived a active lifestyle. I knew my eating was not on the right track and although I exercised I did not feel like the best version of myself. I would have more days when I felt embarrassed or ashamed of my body than days when I felt great healthy and on top of the world.


Q: What results have you achieved at Vision?

A: Since joining Vision, I have seen a drastic change in my body shape and in my toning. I now have definition in my muscle and have gone down 2 clothes sizes! I have achieved goals I never thought I would be able to do from push ups (hands and toes) to being able to do an hour of intense cardio classes (cross- training)


Q:What impact has Vision had on your life ever since achieving your amazing results?

A: Vision has been the most amazing influence I could have imagined. From the instant you walk in the team are always so thrilled and genuinely happy to see you. They are there for you every step of the way, even if they are not your trainer. The warm and welcoming environment of the gym honestly helps to motivate you to attend classes and come in in your own time. Something which i personally have always struggled with. Not only is it a encouraging environment, but it educates. There are so many useful and great seminars which are there to assist you, to learn about the right types of food to eat, when to exercise to achieve your desire results and so much more! From attending these and speaking with my amazing trainer JACKSON, I have learnt so much ad it has not only impacted the way I now eat and live but even my family in Perth, who have seen what I do and are motivated themselves to live a more active and healthy lifestyle.


Q: What are some defining moments during your journey?

A: During my journey I had a few moments which really stood out and made me glow! During my 9 week challenge I was not seeing the results I wanted from the scales, so Jackson took my measurements and I was surprised to see that they had actually gone down! This was such a great feeling and kept me motivated for the rest of the challenge. I also loved being able to see the definition of my muscle begin to emerge. I would be at work or out with friends have have comments made about how toned I was looking, the best feeling possible!


Q: What advice would you give someone who is currently thinking about taking a positive step towards health and fitness?

A: DO IT! Yes it is  challenge, and hard and a first. However once you work out a routine that works for you, a place where you love to go and work out, food you love it becomes so easy! Im not going to lie, there are definitely moments when I hate it and want to give up, but preserving through those moments is amazing. I have given into that feeling before and honestly I just felt really bad and guilty afterwards. Since eating and exercising correctly I have noticed a drastic change in my energy levels, my way of thinking and my overall view of life, it has become so positive! I would highly recommend that anyone who is thinking of taking this step takes the leap and does it. You wont regret it!
