I was suffering from a bad back and I needed to shed some weight and improve my posture to avoid risky surgery. A colleague recommended Vision Personal Training Pyrmont after having lost 24kg with them. I signed up and was matched with a Trainer who put together a nutrition and Training Program that would help me lose weight and gain core strength, whilst not aggravating my back.

Sixteen months later and I've lost 15kg, run the City to Surf (my first ever running event) and transformed my life with no back pain, gained huge confidence and found, for the first time in my life, that I really enjoy exercise. What's more my Personal Training sessions are the highlight of my week. I should have started looking after my health years ago but could never have done it without Vision!
