I joined Vision Personal Training Pyrmont to make a long term lifestyle change to improve my overall vitality. I decided to take my trainers advice 100% and I gave up alcohol for the first 18 weeks, I attended 2 Group Training sessions a week and kept accountable to my food diary. In doing so I lost 11kg, changed the shape of my body, I started sleeping better and got my energy back.

My Trainer has guided me through the process every step of the way, due to my great results I have inspired others to join and I'm now Vision's biggest advocate!
