Lost 10kg and completed first ever 5km event!*



In my first 18 weeks, I have lost 10kgs, it feels great and it's been easier than I thought.  Don't get me wrong there has been a lot of hard work but adapting my diet and fitting the exercise into my daily routine has been a lot easier than I imagined.

From the start of my transformation journey the support from Julio, my PT, and the rest of the Vision Pyrmont team has been amazing.  Everyone is there to help and encourage and when things don't go according to plan every week there are no harsh words. They help you understand why things didn't work out and how one small blip doesn't have to affect the whole journey.

I am looking forward to the next 18 weeks and watching my waistline melt away!!
